This is the most insane and flawed analysis I have ever seen!

The prefs are absolutely part of the market capitalization. Nobody in their right mind would ignore them. Especially now that the commons have been cut by 99%.

You are trying to fool people on this board into believing that there will be such a tight float and the prefs will never be converted!

The prefer were there for ONE reason. To insulate themselves from a future cutback. No, not for control as you assert. Plus they already had control without the cutback, so had they only been looking to increase the SP, they could have included all share classes in the R/s. They didn’t...why???

...Because they wanted 99% of the company for themselves! And they owe the old shell holders NOTHING. That is why we haven’t seen a single PR and nothing but basic shell financials. Where is IR? It’s only speculation requiring translators who have allegedly seen factories and know the players. Where is the official evidence from the company?
