This was doomed when the vote to approve raising the AS to 6.5 BILLION was cast.

The Lying Carnival Barker told the BIG LIE of all those READY TO GO projects to con suckers. Then once the vote passed, NOT ONE WORD WAS EVER HEARD AGAIN ABOUT ANY OF THOSE PROJECTS. The suckers could get milked month after month after month.
