...that was just the MM adjusting book at end of day...look at almost every stock and you will see same type of "movement". They likely filled an order for less during the market ... and stuck it to the buyer by reflecting it at $9 at end of day. Pocket the difference.

...look at ABBV...664k shares after close 16:01, CSCO showing 2.5MM sharea at 16:01...same BS.

reflects nothing about the strength for the following day. Any SP movement based upon its investment inf Celularity IMHO will not be realized for 6-12 months if that.

Traders will bring this down to $7.60 (20SMA) or lower $5.41 (50 SMA) ...as investors forget the news and stock reverts to its mean.
