But why would they be selling after SK convinced them to vote Yes To His R/S? And settle a California lawsuit? Along with the CTO's, everything seems to be locked up and hush hush. Provides the perfect shorting opportunity which seems to be working and I'm not sure how much lower they can push it down before the eventual big news. All good for SK and SOON and on their timeline. I don't think I can get hurt too bad with an average price per share under $3. A cheap buy out for me would be under $6. However I'm expecting at least 12!! smile
