The FDA requires that one characterizes the impurities in a synthesis.

And that one can repeatedly synthesize batches with the same spectrum of impurities.

Then one uses one of those batches to test tox on animals, and they can use material from that same batch to test Phase-I safety in humans.

Again, it's not conceivable that a competent lab couldn't do this with Diwan's structure.

That structure is there for us all to see. It's simple. It doesn't support your thesis.

That cut-and-paste about process chemistry doesn't provide an alternative explanation for NNVC's case.
