the last reference is an ihub message 65349 - obviously you know way more about this than i do but it appears there were two law suits, one has been settled the other pending/ it appears the consensus is the Taub law suit
is a joke.....

hope that is the case.... i also see going way back on the ihub
board that financials have been pending for quite some time.

not trying to be negative just questioning why such a " successful "
company would not post its financials...



as i said. i hope all the longs make millions and i will jump in
when financials are done. someone said within two weeks, not much time
to wait and see then
