Sorry, Bud, I didn't see this. I will try to find out. I tend to leave these deadlines out of my calculations and go with the more general ideas on timelines. Seems most of the "timelines" and "deadlines" have some exception/variance, so I don't put a whole lot of care into them. I know it might sound lame, but my knowledge is more on the stock side of things. I leave the other to a few attorneys I'm in touch with.

That being said, I don't know of anything, for sure, going on, but strongly suspect talks are being held. The delay in our proceedings is giving interested parties a chance, before the numbers go up, along with risk!
