The promised IND filing by 30-Mar will be missed. A subsequent PR will explain it's so complicated. Then repeat the 2016 promise: IND by the end of the year. So goes 2018. IF and whenever the mythical IND appears, the CT status will permanently be in a "recruiting" status for years to come. Higher probability the mythical IND will remain mythical. Kenny pivoting back to, recycling the diabetes, and the THC PRs. As long as Kenny can dump 30K shares a month, and PMCB can dump enough stock to pay for his $350K salary, he'll be happy.
