Well right in the latest Q:

The Company does not have significant cash or other material assets, nor does
it have an established source of revenues sufficient to cover its operating costs and to allow it to continue as a going concern. This condition raises substantial doubt as to the entity’s ability to continue operations. In the interim, third party funders and / or shareholders of the Company have committed to meeting its minimal operating expenses.

So we know nobody will finance a pink, especially nothing associated with MJ, so I guess we can only expect more dilution, thats why to A/S is so high, more room to dilute before a reverse split.

With ZERO revenues for a long time now, again right there in the Q, what other scenario is possible?

Something is seriously wrong here.
