Profit,s for the company will be in the ten,s of millions . For me guesstimate of 10- 30 million.
A high compounding profitable growth rate is the goal , to interally finance with as little dilution as possible keeping control of all project,s. A sale of a percentage or involvement of end users was mentioned in some mines as desireable as the buyer,s of certain important mineral,s have a Northamerican supply problem .Especially for the U.S.with new tarriff,s on the Chinese and Russian sanction,s and the new critical list issued by the Trump admin.
2 The next and important area was to get asset share price recognition and credit for huge reserve areas . To get a share price adjustment up for high quality , lowest cost , rich resource project,s , that buyer,s desperatly need in Northamerica . Sell some 25% or get them to finance the cost of the mine.
The 4 brines from the different project,s in chile being sent to the purlucid plant in Calgary could result in a number of different joint ventures . 5000 ton,s a year would be no problem to achieve in lithium Chilian production , start date 6-12 month,s when deal hamered out . We are the only solution in the world now . It was mentioned it is easier to negotiate 50% interest project,s in new joint venture,s ,but tougher to deal with the world,s 2 largest sgm and albemarle . Albemarle is 10 billion in size ,once we joint venture we could get in real term,s substantialy larger in asset,s and profit large effecting the quality per share .
If we joint venture with the biggies we will rocket up due to world class asset,s and partner,s .

3 The battery zinc is an absoulute solution may replace diesel 5-7 story engines in ships .A tip I,m in the marine industry , no fuel then ships can carry 10-20% more cargo as they will sit to high above water line as it has no fuel weight ,more cargo must be loaded so the ship comes down to water displacement line so it is safe to travel so the ship doesen,t flip over in a storm. What an advantage we could be.
Main types of batteries will be avalable for different needs from large to small ,larger is not that much more expensive in comparison to the bigger capacity achieved. Scalability is the key ,how many zinc tanks for storing electricity do you need ,or how many fuelcells do you need to produce electricity up to 1 megawatt of power to have 450 houses off the grid .Africa China and the whole world to isolated places will love us as we replace pollution from diesel generation or by storing or producing power for the utility , wind and solar, or operated to produce electricity.
