That's interesting. So, are those $2000 still in your Account? If they are, that means you had no Margin Call. In fact you should have $2000 + the proceeds from the sale of your 41000 LEHKQs.. If you have all that Amount I your Account, then you have a Very Valid Lawsuit against TD for Illegal Trading of your Stocks.
