Who said C&D was fake? I listened to the interview with Rufus. I think he avoided some answers but I did not get the feeling he directly lied about anything.

If my memory serves me correctly, when asked about the C&D, I do not remember him saying it never happened. I remember his answer as being something more like that it's not possible to C&D a contract that has been signed (in which case, he is probably right).

The question is, did Humanitarian Group send a C&D. I think they probably did. I don't remember Rufus saying they didn't. I got the idea that maybe they did, but that there would be no validity to doing it.

I don't feel like listening to the interview again. I have listened to it twice, but if I am wrong, please feel free to prove it.
