30 million shares must vote YES IMO, we have no choice now. Advaxis either(buyout or deal) or raise more money through dilution. If not, it will collapse. It needs more shares.

The question is how much bankers willing to pay through dilution. I personally think $5-$8 range. This is another way to help stock price to go up.
