However, from what we could find, the suit was brought in 2012 and dismissed in 2014. And this stock actually collapsed after the suit dismissal. So, the current round of excitement is a bit difficult to comprehend and may be the result of some nonstandard factors at play, including potential “investor awareness” activity."

The share price "really" tanked after the Telestrata lawsuit was brought against nettalk. I am not sure why the author is/was so blind to that. With that being said......he is reiterating what others are actually saying.

Their main product is the ezLINQ. It is replacing all the DUO devices. The DUO line is being phased out just like the TK6000 was replaced by the DUO. You can't buy the DUO products currently in any brick and mortar store as well as their online presence(no Walmart etc) You can still buy them via ebay etc... and via the Company...but that is it. That is why you see the heavy discount here:

So the article is correct that many individuals do not have a single clue as to what is going on........and that includes said author as well. Hope that helps
