Since there's is No 10Q for 4Q, and last year 10K was filed on Mar 29 with an amendment to 10K filed on July 14. I expect similar approach this year too. CFO Keck is mediocre and has no financial clue. No information coming out of DCTH is complete and can be amended with material withheld diclosure.

How the lawyers and Auditors allow mileading reports and SEC accepts all amendments is beyond me.
