He absolutely screws himself (with 26+M) shares if he has money lined up from Reed's and/or Jill and prices it too low. Shit, price it at $10 and take dilution out of the equation. Hey, he put $9M in them 2 stores ya know ;)

He's going to have people wondering until 3/30 if its priced HIGH - I guarantee you that will stir some volatility and get people talkin.

His cover is always - well, for those that believed in me...you could have participated. Oh the drama
