Again, You REALLY need to Check if You have a Margin Account and somehow exceeded your Margin OR someone there is REALLY Vindictive with you and have taken upon themselves to Screw you by selling off your Stocks just because of the Fact that you may have a Margin Account BUT If you don't have a Margin Account and they SOLD off your Stocks for no other reason but to get back at you, then you definitely have a Case against them. Your Brokerage CANNOT Sell off YOUR Stocks without any Standing Sell order from you JUST Because some guy at the Brokerage is POed at you... No Way No How...
