The problem with that conclusion is that you can say that for literally every stock out there.

It's easy to look at things on paper and think you know it all, the difference is to do what 95% of others don't do which is do the DD that's not out there yet, pick up the phone, call people to confirm anything you can, and then make a decision with how much your comfortable investing.

Usually if your in early enough, you don't even have to invest that much to make something life changing. In my opinion, it's still pretty early here.
