They warrants have the right to buy shares for 10¢ and dump at $2.00. But the market won't be able to absorb them at $2.00. The warrants will compete with each other as they take out any bid. The common shareholders pay the price as the value of old common equity is destroyed.

This is just normal OTC sewer tactics.
