Mpre, the voting against the directors is only symbolic. They cannot be removed because of the way the corporate governance rules were set up. The top five candidates that receive votes will be approved, yet there are only five candidates. In order to remove Amy there would have to be additional nominees. Either a tutes has to propose more nominees or retail has to do it. Unfortunately, that is not an easy task unless the current board members agree to it.
