There are so many negatives to the filing, that I am dramatically cutting my recent fair value price from 3 to 3.5 cents to below 1 cent.

I would like to lower or eliminate my small exposure overriding capt. 370 but I will try to nail how much to sell at what price.

Even if there are no more convertibles, recent memories of delcath performance are overwhelmingly harsh. My guess is company will survive likely through 100 percent financing, and Simpson will as top priority do whatever it takes to get money
