Agreeing with you on the dangers of street pot On-In-2, and it's been a HELL-UVA LONG time since I was in the market. We will have a thriving black market for decades to come. But with state-backed marijuana a huge effort will be made to keep the foreign grown and HOME GROWN varietals off-the-street. Legal retail just so much easier.

Department of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms maybe to morphing in a couple of years to add Marijuana or Cannabis in there somewhere. Keep the Revenuers flowing. AND IT'S TOUGH. Don't no how much packaged commercial tobacco gets by the state sales tax stamps. Liquour too, not bootleg stuff rendering corn down to moonshine, but plenty of purchasing in lower tax states being brought across the lines for ahhh resale.

Always going to have these niches (IMHO). Going to be interesting to see how the Cartels' black market and State-backed Vice Parlors play out. I honestly believe narco traffic going to dry up quietly with pot, plenty of other commodities with less risk when the STATES start up a market place.

News from Canada, where we're in GREAT POSITION with Theracnn project.

Sale of recreation marijuana in Canada delayed until August
By Staff The Canadian Press
If you've been waiting for July first to legally buy recreational marijuana, there's bad news. The Trudeau government won't be able to deliver on its promise to make pot legal by Canada day. David Akin reports. Canadians will have to wait until at least early August – and maybe as late as early September – to legally purchase recreational marijuana AND THE LINK.

Pipe dreams. We'll see. I'm opposed to smoking cause of the obvious health risks. Not opposed to magic brownies. The legislation Tag Monster found going down in Colorado has that small business grant for Colorado University's Institute of Marijuana to reinvent our wheel. So it goes. Getting my mailing list of Colorado Legislators together now. Let them know about us.

Have a good week.
