Quite honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if this whole offering is investigated. He has to come clean on 2/21 for people to take him seriously IMO.
I understand he can hide behind safe harbor, but you can't keep chirpin about expansion plans as that is why people are investing in the company. That has got to be considered.
On the other hand, self-sabotage with Bitcoin PRs and empty promises to lock float and lower PPS has to be looked at as well. This man is playing on a slippery slope and I just don't know why he chooses to do it ?
Even these multiple preliminary prospectuses are suspect as some hint at expansion plans even stating that 3.6M is earmarked for that purpose (out of the $5M max) while some didn't even touch on expansion. Very hard to know what to believe and in that environment, it's usually shady IMO.
We don't even know when the last conversation JP had with John, Phil, or Ms. Barnes was ? Being an OTC stock does not give any CEO the right to play games. Talk to us straight up my mang. We deserve to know the plan - we deserve that much !!
