I kind of thought this to be interesting...mind you it is from an older version of their preliminary prospectus BUT it does show a Price. See page 27 of below document

*** SO here's my question...what IF they price this at say $1.75 per unit ?? What would that do to current PPS once public is made aware ? What is the legal standing on how long they can wait to make the price of each unit public, especially IF you have to own the stock by This coming Friday's (2/23) close in order to participate ? Oh the drama

Joey has stated multiple times that he believes stock is currently WAY UNDERVALUED. Just so hard to tell if this guy is going to pull anything sleazy or not. Looking forward to 2/21 just to get a sense of his nerves/confidence level
