FACTS??? NOTHING BUT THE FACTS with links to prove!!!

Ms Mars is surrounding herself with some real SHADY folks!!!

#1 Armen Karapetyan - Business Development

LIFETIME ban with FINRA

For more than three years, Basis, its owner and CEO, Karapetyan, and one of its registered representatives, Goldfine, repeatedly violated FINRA and SEC securities rules and regulations in selling four private placement offerings involving highly suspect and financially struggling issuers. The pattern of violations across these offerings included both material misrepresentations and omissions.

Karapetyan failed to disclose numerous material facts to investors solicited in the Pharmco offering that should have been disclosed

Here's a link to prove it:

Just do a search on Armen's last name (Karapetyan) and you'll get a link to the FINRA case number. Download the case and read all about this con man who has a LIFETIME ban with FINRA!

#2 Jeffrey G. Klein - Securities Counsel

Charged for WIRE FRAUD

https://www.justice.gov/archive/usao/nyw/2012/TwelveCharged.pdf

Jones,Romasko, Foland, and Klein are also charged with wire fraud, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison, a fine of $250,000 or both and conspiracy to launder money, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years.

#3 Oleg Firer - Independent Director, Audit Committee Member

While this character hasn't been found to be charged with anything (yet) it appears his reputation isn't all it's said to be.

While he's supposed to be so knowledgeable about bitcoin and online payment systems it appears that he is disliked by many as well as perhaps milking those that were heavily invested in one of his previous companies, Unified Payments.

From the Miami BBB: https://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/business-reviews/point-of-sale-systems/unified-payments-in-north-miami-beach-fl-90046360/reviews-and-complaints?section=complaints

Company allows ***** to sell their products......
This company allows a felon to sell their credit card processing. This man promised me that there was no long term contract and only a few of $5.00 a month to use their system. I signed papers indicating that. He said he could not leave me my copies because of some reason I believed and that he would get them to me the next day. Never saw the man again. The company is charging outrageous fees and now tells me I cannot cancel contract... I know of 2 other businesses that this company has swindled and made our lives a living ****. This company is aware that their rep is has numerous ****** charges against him and will not do anything about the lies and deceit this man uses to sell their product. Under no circumstances should anyone do business with this company.

Money not released for several days
We are a manufacturing company working with Universal payments, and unluckily, the merchant is working with this company, Unified Payments, as their processing department. We have three transactions that until now have not reflected in our bank which resulted us having our account overdrawn plus incurring fees.

From Change.org: https://www.change.org/p/scott-palmer-oleg-firer-resignation

Mr. Firer's actions have caused tremendous losses for Net Elements thus effecting its shareholders.

Mr. Firer should resign from his CEO post and allow real leader to step in and rescue what's left of this company.

From a blog on tumblr: https://aptito-theft-blog.tumblr.com/post/101693813812/oleg-firer-is-fraud

“The new CEO took his former company, Unified Payments, from $0 to $67 million in revenues in two years. We believe he has the experience and drive to replicate this”

Great experience indeed ! How come nothing was mentioned of Oleg Firer’s previous credit card processing companies that transferred most of that revenue to Unified Payments after they closed them down due to questionable practices ?
