When you think about it Mel is doing the best he can what with he has in congress too work with. A bunch liking too get their mugs on TV and do some acting. The GSEs have been implementing plans and migrating those plans into production. They are progressing but the contract made by the Treasury and FHFA have not. How is he produce the results needed if the government keeps sweeping all the profits and hanging warrants on these entities. The judicial system in in compliance with both FHFA and Treasury in allowing this burden too exists. Mel has used all his options and the only thing left and it would be insulting that he could do is to show up at these hearing with story boards that would explain all that has happen and where they are today and the hinderances.
