I am doubtful if 180 million shares is to any one entity, as then it makes no sense the prefunded units. I question as to why HB is necessarily part of the equation at all, just an unclear picture to me.

The amount of dilution over the next 18 months can not be concluded, even if HB is the largest holder.

I don't believe in the buyout/partnership white knight or VOTE NO white knight. Phase 3 white knight has no basis for prediction on timing but not a lot of time until more dilution.
