I've read that same quote in a book on Bitcoin. Those same Bitcoins would be worth about $200m at today's prices taking rough calculations of 20,000 X $10,000! That must be the most expensive pizza in the world!

Something tells me the guy who bout those pizzas kinda kicks himself every day. There's a story of a guy in the UK who forgot he'd bought a few thousand Bitcoins when they were next to nothing, stored them on his laptop and in the course of things threw it away when it became outdated having forgotten about the Bitcoins.

Then he remembered and started spending days on the municipal waste tip looking for his old laptop, which he sadly never found.
