The Third Amended Complaint in MEC v Ken Maciora et al is an excellent source of information regarding Maciora's influence on the PPS. If the court agrees with MEC, no other opinions matter.

And it isn’t like the PPS started falling only when Ken popped up, it’s been happening the entirety of my 4+ years here, minus the flash in a pan that we hit .08! Go look at a chart from 4 years. Sick of excuses for the situation, looking for progress I can reach out and touch.
