ERHC failed to file its annual, audited 10K months ago. Now ERHC has failed to file its first quarter 10Q too. It appears that the cryptocurrency Press Release may have been a scam that ERHC management didn't even bother to refute. It doesn't appear on their website, it wasn't filed as an 8K and nobody has been able to confirm it with ERHC.

There are at least 3 legal proceedings against ERHC that we know about and there could be many more we don't know about. We haven't heard from the CEO or CFO and we don't even know where they are. The MOU with Starcrest which was their last hope expired months ago and has not been renewed.

This is getting uglier by the day and management doesn't even have the guts to step up and say anything. Has anybody ever seen a more incompetent or irresponsible management than we've seen here? I don't know how they can look in the mirror and I don't think they could care less.
