I’m no expert on these eagle notes but I thought I read that when a company issued a note they have to have a corresponding increase in outstanding shares. So the O/S would have already included those shares eagle is selling. If that is the case, why are we still seeing increases in O/S? Wouldn’t that be additional dilution besides the eagle notes?
