I don’t believe that the CEO does not care about shareholders. I believe the Co.; its officers and staff have a lot at stake and want to succeed as much as we do.

I have joined this board to read others opinion and to share mine in an objective and respectful manner. Otherwise, it is not productive and will only serve to create frictions among board members (pros and cons). I have read your countless critical posts where you hammered very hard and repeatedly – I don’t agree with your style, however, it’s your right, if you are invested as others are.

IMO, Viva have so far failed to deliver value to its shareholders. I believe the company is legitimate, not a scam, and the potential of the technology is very high. However, professional execution is a must. Also, Viva needs to do a whole lot better job managing its relations with shareholders and bring them value very soon.
