Well, its not logical to me to have this wonderful, almost perfect partnership and one partner be a public company and the other partner be a private company. They need 1 CEO, 1 BOD and become 1 company where they can interact, communicate, test, manufacture,etc, etc on a regular daily basis-I think it will happen-then BINGO !!!
