Re the LICENSE:
Based on some South Africa news articles I've read recently, not cannabis-related, mind you, but: I do believe the holiday break, for governmental actuation and officialdom was longer than one might expect.

For instance, a high profile criminal trial is RESUMING this week.

Entirely possible the beauracratic gears in South Africa, including the scripting and delivery of permits and licenses, may only be going back into FULL motion THIS WEEK.

Just conjecture. Hope we are beneficiaries.
