What is it going to take?
Obviously we have had great news. As it sinks in, the stock will go up. But- only so far. We are still in the No money = No mine mode. The stock wil need to go up a bunch before equity can play any significant part in financing. Are we where we need to be now? Is this critical minerals news the ammo Mark needs to pry a billion loose? If not, what else? Do we have to have an Sc offtake? Suppose the US Gov announces that they intend to maintain a stockpile of Sc (as they do with Nb now.) At least IMHO, that would be more or less the equivalent of an off take.
