It doesn't matter if he sells or not. Nobody in their right mind will ignore the 1.25B shares that are sitting out (even if they are locked up or non trading).

In theory, many on the board are suggesting to ignore the Prefs, and thus, the 800MM will drop to 8MM and the price will go to $2 from .02. This is a neutral transaction, right?

Actually NOT...why???

The current market cap 1.25Billion Prefs PLUS 800MM commons (including Prefs is around $40MM)
After the R/S there will be 1.25Billion O/S and 8MM commons (onclding prefs - mkt cap would be $2.5Billion at $2).


I can assure you - this is NOT going to $2.5Billion from $40MM just because of a R/S. Anyone who believes this needs to close their trading account and never trade again.
