What happens in a typical pink sheet scam? Honestly a ceo is usually FORCED to reverse split because he needs to let the convertible note holders dump their shares into the bid....which is what happens 99% of the time. And which is why most shareholders of companies trading on the OTC go into oblivion post reverse split unless they sell early on.

BUT what do we have here? Well as per the last filling there was only about $700 of convertible note left from the previous dolat management time at a par value of .0001. so that's about 7mil shares... That's it! And realistically that's probably already converted a while back unless the note holder sees the true value in the company and is still holding.

This reverse split will not be the usual kind. And anybody looking at this closely with some intelligence will be able to see that. I think it will be an eye opener for a lot of people who hold and don't hold likewise.
