I believe the SEC’s case against this company is weak.

Worst case the company is guilty of getting scammed by a private company and will have to disassociate themselves from that company publicly.

On the other hand if the NVC fund can satisfy the sec’s requirements (and its up to Patrick to get them to do that) talk about credibility.

Can all this get resolved within two weeks is the big question.
