Right, I see what you are saying and you have a great point. Clearly the news is a significant material event and should be reported as soon as he gets the green light from his attorney. Forgive me here, I was forgetting the 4Q/Yr. end reports will not cover a 1Q material event and will not impact the fins until 1Q reporting is due. Thanks for correcting my bad here.

I will also admit in an open forum that I am still learning all of the arcane filing disclosure rules here on the OTC. My expertise falls in a different realm and I do not always know a 10-K form from a bowl of Special K cereal. I mean, who is this Edgar guy and why does he always want so much damn paperwork? LOL.
