Lets see.... This company couldve probably be bought in the last few yrs for somewhere between $1/2 bil up to approx $5 bil more recently. That's reasonable right? Ok, so it's already been more or less established that to a new owner, it would be worth many $billions. We know that the new infringe figures for just 3 companies is gonna be in the $50 bil range plus Twitter plus added damages. Then we also know there's close to 60 additional companies that have been long noticed by vplm so that total for all those guys has to be....hell....hundreds of billions. I mean all that has pretty much been established by the gods themselves (vplm... ok, Malak). So that's $.5 bil - $5 bil on one side of the equation and untold hundreds of billions on the other side. So it's obviously impossible to make accurate figures here, but based on the above already established numbers, it's very possible to project some minimum very conservative guesses. Based on that, I find it safe to draw a ratio conclusion, ie, a ratio of roughly 100:1. In other words a very conservative comparison of what this company could've been bought for in the last few yrs up to now, compared to a reasonable figure that whoever the new suc...i mean owner, would be able to wring out of it over the next few years. So I've come up w/approx a 100:1 ratio based conservatively on factual projections coming from vplm figures and models in print. Ok, so 100:1. Don't like that? Ok so take 50:1 then. Doesn't matter. Ok so based on that, I have a question. I predict it will not be honestly answered but the question is being thrown out there regardless. It will be thought about regardless of any "filters", lol. The question is.......if you had the money to easily buy vplm at the figures given (point 5 to 5 bil), and you know we reasonably well that the return ratio was 100:1 or even 50:1 (the reality is probably more like 500 or 1000:1) and you were in an environment with many competitors who also had that money to easily spare........ahem......would you or would you not???????????????????????????????????
(trying to not answer, at least privately, is like trying to hold your breath for 5 minutes or to not think, you can't do it).
So this like "he loves me, he loves me not"......
Would you or would you not?
