Of those states that did not get grants, they were deficient either because a pilot program or county program or for another reason, the federal definition of a 24/7 program was not met

The PCHM letter indicated 7 states. See shareholder letter.

12 states. Gathering strength. Programs are expanding. The 24/7 program will race across the country and PCHM Growth could be stunning.

Now for giving numbers.

My know nothing estimates. They earned 22-23 cents per share in 2017
and we are looking at 25-30 cents in 2018.
