You make me smile! Maybe we should go door-to-door and ask the judges what they think about their neighbor encroaching on their property line by planting a hydrangea bush on it. Then we'd know how they REALLY felt!

IMO this is not something you can pinpoint. Remember the OJ trial where the "experts" said things like, "Juror number 3 was paying attention when the prosecution said ___________'.

This is what it's like...the QB is dropping back and heaving a 60 yard pass in the air...there are 8 people on the goal line ready to jump up and go for it, 4 defenders, 4 receivers. No one knows the outcome - but the ball is going to make it to the goal line and is in play.
