It’s a statement to show that the company would need to be worth 6 billion to have a correct valuation of $3.00 per share with 2 billion authorized shares available and equated in the float and for preferred. I used the term assets since it’s what everyone seems to be waiting for. If you feel they have actual revenue, let’s hope it all adds up to 6 billion.
