Was that analysis for those who forget to factor into account the outstanding shares that can be sold into the float after the reverse split. You know, the other billion shares not considering the billion to cover preferred? Since the authorized share count will remain at 2 billion and the preferred shares will remain untouched, I think it’s safe to say they will have close to a billion shares to raise capital and sell into the float in some capacity. Let me make it easy. For every dollar you had in your pocket or should I say share, you now have a penny. That’s a 1:100 split. In addition, Mr Wang will keep his preferred shares which are convertible to common shares at some point and will have a billion shares back in the treasury to dillute with. We most certainly wouldn’t see a reverse split if he wasn’t planning on using them. Let’s hope we see 6 billion dollars in assets to maintain a share price of $3.00! Oh wait that’s not enough to uplist to NASDAQ! Well I don’t know what the F@&K to do about that!
