Perhaps it is back to being a shell if Maurice chooses not to cough up the 400K. Well, it's a shell now but it was disclosed that the kooky insolvent coupon ruse of Maurice was merging in.

I figured ATPT would just issue more stock and have new shareholders pay what is owed to JP per the terms.

The rub is often the skeleton debt lurking in the closet though.
