Only reason for delay is bc the strategic partner keeps moving the goal post. Titan DOES NOT have to do human clinical trials for fda approval yet they are. Why is that? Based on recent conf call and the 100% success rate - they have enough to submit for 510k and eventual fda approval BUT why the delay. McNally is smart, he could freeze design, submit for 510k right now and get acquired upon approval - only takes one company from a list of a dozen or so companies that NEED to be in robotic surgery. And he probably could achieve that with the $28M. Yet he doesn’t - why is that? For those that don’t know, when u figure that out it will make sense what’s going on.
