Dennis O'Leary is a former NYPD narcotics cop turned high-tech entrepreneur. His company, DarkPulse Technologies, proposes to build a wall with two features.

I am curious if O'Leary is being truthful about being a undercover narcotics officer - I am going to contact the NYPD to get verification he was a undercover cop - he might have been a snitch.

Looks like the Ole Tour Guide like to exaggerate his importance - but in the end O'Leary is just a Tour Guide.
