This is very confusing. So the outcome of this deal is there will be 2 publicly traded companies. Is Evolution A/I public now? What does A/I get by buying the PLFX shares other than a big position in the company. Other than getting a nice premium for PLFX stock, you are essentially getting cash for shares plus share of a new company.
