Ok. Great jumping to assumptions you have no way of supporting in fact.

I can’t support in fact that Mac knew the delay would ultimately be announced but......

I believe the FACT that they did a raise the very next day followed by a second raise at an even lower pps supports my position. Why not let pps rise over next 2 1/2 quarters on continued success at clinical sites and hitting milestones as he said they were still on track??

He harped on the positivity of the surgeon feedback and funding thru Q2. PPS shot up before update mainly because people started to feel a little more comfortable with units in place and positive feedback coming out of each site AND because they thought FINALLY the co had a few solid quarters funded that would allow the PPS to continue to rise with more positive feedback and hitting milestones before another dilution.

In essence Mac gave only the positive news in November and then hit everyone over the head the following day with a raise because he knew the delay was coming and wanted to already have money in the bank before it was announced.
