Zoutman will resign from QHC in late April 2018

Dr. Zoutman has taken a position with the newly amalgamated Scarborough Rouge Hospital as that organization’s inaugural chief of staff.

Whether Zoutman or this new hospital will be associated with MZEI would be a good question for PR to answer.
